Nevada Turquoise Cabs are set by me in Sterling Silver to make Stud Earrings. The Carlin Mine Turquoise is not symmetrical, the cabs are not cut in the exact same shape. I matched the color, the matrix (veins) and the approximate size to make a unique pair of stud earrings. The back post is 7/16ths long with a notch to hold the sterling silver earnuts. These are less than 1/2 inch in diameter, and they set up nice at a bit less than 1/4 inch. They are secure and sit flat to the earlobe.
